Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your session date. Remaining balance is due on the day of the session or upon delivery of final images. Payment methods include cash, check, and digital payment platforms.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit their deposit. Weather-related cancellations for outdoor sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Image Delivery
Edited images are typically delivered within 2-3 weeks of the session via digital download. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Copyright & Usage
All images are copyrighted by Photos by B4 / Betsy Belote. Clients receive a personal use license. Commercial use, resale, or modification of images requires written permission. Removing watermarks from preview images is prohibited.
Liability
Photos by B4 is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect session quality (extreme weather, equipment failure). In such cases, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
